Two inseparable friends, one with a degree in chemistry and the other in psychiatry, decide to synthesize a new drug, which they clandestinely dissolve into the water tanks of their city. Consequently, all citizens unknowingly consume the substance by drinking tap water. Overnight, the small backward town in the south undergoes a transformation and becomes a utopia, with people thinking only of loving each other and being driven by an incredible desire for peace. They abandon capitalism and become new individuals. The two friends then devise a plan to change the waters and lives of the entire world.
